Course Description: Paint Technician Certification 6H, 6X,
40CFR 63 Subpart HHHHHH and XXXXXX
Course is designed to complete all requirements of 73 FR 1738, pg. 1762, section
63.11173(f)(2)(i)-(iv)).
Companies MUST “Train/certify all painters on spray gun equipment selection, spray techniques, maintenance, and environmental compliance (consult 73 FR 1738, pg. 1762, section 63.11173(f) (2) (i)-(iv)).”
•Course will consist of a (1) day program. All participants will be required to attend the complete course, participate in required e
xercises, and pass a written examination. A hands on portion is also required in a paint booth or area prior to attaining Certification from Perfect Finishes, LLC.
• Course will be conducted at our facility or at the customers’ satisfactory meeting facility for an additional charge.
• Class size is limited to allow a great deal of information to be properly exchanged

Our “Hands on Portion” is normally conducted at your facility. (Other options are available). This allows the technician to learn about their Every Day situation and surroundings.
Ongoing Continuous Improvement Programs (Additional)
We use our “Virtual Paint System” to allow painters to actually practice and observe their own transfer efficiencies with our virtual system. This gives instantaneous feedback to the painter to allow immediate changes in technique.

Test Scores will be retained to allow customer to track progress of individuals.
Proof of Certification will be supplied to customer and a Stamped Certificate for each individual will be provided. Copies of Records will also be retained by Perfect Finishes LLC for regulatory requirements.
